EmpowerHER membership is personal and non-transferable.

Current membership pricing and benefits are shown on the Join page and at the point of purchase.

Membership may include access to community connections, the member directory, events and gatherings, guest opportunities, member pricing for selected programmes and experiences, and access or preferential pricing for major EmpowerHER events.

Individual events, programmes and experiences may have their own capacity limits, eligibility requirements, prices and additional terms.

Membership does not guarantee a place at every event or programme unless we expressly say otherwise.

We may evolve the programme of events, benefits and experiences over time as EmpowerHER develops.

Membership registration and payment may be handled through third-party platforms used by EmpowerHER.

When you join, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping relevant details up to date.

Where applicable, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to online purchases and cooling-off periods.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

After any applicable statutory cancellation period, membership fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed by us.

If recurring or renewing memberships are offered, the relevant price, duration and renewal arrangements will be made clear at the point of purchase.

We reserve the right to manage participation where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, safety and culture of EmpowerHER.

This may include asking someone to change their behaviour, limiting participation in particular activities, suspending membership or, in serious circumstances, ending membership.

We would normally seek to discuss concerns first. Serious misconduct, harassment, misuse of member information or behaviour that puts other members at risk may require immediate action.

EmpowerHER events take place in different venues and formats and may involve third-party venues, speakers, facilitators or partners.

Sometimes circumstances outside our control mean that dates, venues, speakers, formats or other arrangements need to change.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Where a separately paid event or programme is cancelled by EmpowerHER, the relevant booking terms will explain any refund or alternative arrangements available.

We sometimes photograph or record EmpowerHER events to document the community and communicate what we do.

Where photography or filming is taking place, we aim to make this clear to attendees.

If you would prefer not to be photographed or featured, please let us or the event team know. We will take reasonable steps to respect those requests.

We will not knowingly use private conversations or recordings of individuals for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Information you provide for a member profile may be made available to other EmpowerHER members where this forms part of the membership experience and has been made clear to you.

Member information must not be scraped, copied into external databases, sold, shared externally or used for unsolicited mass marketing.

Introductions made through EmpowerHER are intended to facilitate genuine connection.

EmpowerHER is not responsible for agreements, investments, commercial relationships or other arrangements that members subsequently enter into with one another.

EmpowerHER brings together speakers, founders, investors, advisers and other experts and offers programmes and discussions covering areas including wealth, investing, work, leadership and personal development.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content shared through EmpowerHER is provided for general information and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this website or at an EmpowerHER event or programme constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation or offer to make an investment.
